This is definitely the key ingredient to making the best shawarma. Simply spread this delicious garlic sauce on a soft tortilla shell or pita bread, top with your own marinated chicken/beef or veggie pattie and add some pickled turnips, lettuce and tomatoes and you have a very yummy meal.
