CIDER: Simmer 2 tbsp into 1.36 litres of apple or cranberry juice for 15-20 min. Stir occasionally, serve hot or cold.WINE: Simmer 3 tbsp into 1.5 litres of Red Wine for 10-15 min. Stir often, serve hot with cinnamon sticks.
Ingredients: sugar, spice, orange peel, lemon peel.

I put a very small amount of this (.5 tsp) with a heaping tsp of sweetener in a ziplock bag, throw in apple slices and shake. Makes for a tasty and healthy snack. Put the leftovers in the fridge and they're good the next day. Close your eyes and its like apple pie without the crust:)
