Use in pasta dishes and salad dressings. Stir-frys and pizzas. Add flavour to all your favourite recipes. Add balsamic vinegar to soften for a great bread dip!

Honestly, this stuff is addictive. All you need is some bread (and it doesn't even matter what kind - fresh, old, crusty, soft, wholewheat, white, rye, sourdough, whatever) and get to dipping! These oils are also great when baking foccacia bread. My husband adds it to the top of the bread before it goes into the oven and it not only makes the bread taste amazing (you can also dip the bread once baked) but it makes the house smell amazing too!

I used a little of this product for cooking up some pickerel. The taste was superb.
(just for your knowledge, when I received the package with my order, the cap on the top of this bottle was cracked and leaked into the box. It may have been fastened to tight in processing and ended up being split)
