Use in pasta dishes and salad dressings. Stir-frys and pizzas. Add flavour to all your favourite recipes. Add balsamic vinegar to soften for a great bread dip!

This oil is absolutely fantastic. It has so much flavor yet it's not too strong that it will disguise the flavor of the dish you are using it with. My favorite use for this is as a marinade over vegetables. Once you've finished marinading the veg, throw them on the bar-b-q until done. What a combination of flavors.
